The Constitution of the Umeed-e-Zindagi Foundation
Article 1: Name
The name of this organization is Umeed-e-Zindagi Foundation, which will be referred to as "Foundation" hereafter.
Article 2: Objective
The objective of the Foundation is to provide financial assistance to individuals or families in need due to illness, injury, or other difficulties.
Article 3: Members
Membership in the Foundation is open to all individuals who support its objective.
Article 4: Board of Directors
The Foundation will be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of at least five (5) and no more than ten (10) members. The Board of Directors will be responsible for the administrative and managerial affairs of the Foundation.
Article 5: Planning
The Board of Directors of the Foundation shall be responsible for planning and executing the plans. They shall also make decisions regarding budgeting, planning, and other related actions.
Article 6: Fundraising
The Foundation may use various methods for fundraising, including but not limited to bank lending, grants, soliciting donations, and other financial measures.
Article 7: Treasury Management
All the financial operations of the Foundation will be carried out under strong treasury management and supervision. The treasurer will fulfill his responsibilities with loyalty and endurance.
Article 8: Changes
For any changes in the constitution, a majority of the Board of Directors of the Foundation will be consulted, and guidance will be provided. Changes to this constitution will only be made with the Board's approval.
Article 9: Compliance with the law
In order to work in accordance with the Foundation and this Code of Conduct, it is necessary to comply with the obligations of the law.
